Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Ramekins or silicone muffin cups

Fresh eggs

Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.

Prep the ramekins:

Lightly spray each ramekin with nonstick spray (optional, but helps with cleanup).

Add 2–3 tablespoons of water to each ramekin.

Crack an egg into each ramekin (do this gently to keep the yolk intact).

Air fry:

Carefully place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.

Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 5–6 minutes for a soft poached egg.

Check around 5 minutes for runny yolks.

Add 1–2 more minutes if you prefer firmer yolks.

Remove and serve:

Use a slotted spoon to lift the egg out of the water.

Drain briefly on a paper towel and serve immediately.

If using silicone cups, reduce time slightly as they heat faster.
